For 2026 Seasonal Bookings

All seasonal bookings must be completed by calling the office.

• A $1,500 nonrefundable reservation deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remainder balance due by January 31st, 2026. This reservation deposit is applicable to the seasonal rental rate.
• (January 5th - Payment reminder will be sent out)
• Cancellations before February 1st will forfeit the $1,500 nonrefundable reservation deposit and reserved site number. Once forfeited, the reservation deposit is not applicable to any future reservations.
• Cancellations after February 1st will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid with no refunds or credits issued.
• After February 1st, the total balance becomes nonrefundable.
• Reservations made after February 1st will be required to pay the full balance at the time of reservation.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance or notify the resort of a cancellation will result in forfeiture of your reservation and any payments made.
• No refunds for early departures for any reason.

Payment of the deposit confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and policies.

Cancellation Policy

For 2026 Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Bookings:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with any remaining balance due upon check-in.

* Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled reservation will be charged the cost of one night, with the remainder refunded. If only one night is booked, no refund will be issued, nor balance of one-night fee charged.
* Cancelling a reservation within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% loss of the deposit or cost of one night, whichever is greater.
* No refunds for early departures for any reason.

Upon check-in, all guests will receive the policy sheet with the rules and regulations. Some rules may be in addition to those listed above. Management reserves the right to implement new rules and regulations when it is deemed to be in the best interest of all guests. Guests not adhering to policies/rules/regulations will politely be asked to vacate the resort.
