Resort Regulations


  • All RV's must be RVIA approved and a minimum of 27 feet in length. RV's older than 10 years or shorter than 27’ are subject to approval.
  • Vans, pop-up campers, truck campers, and tent camping are prohibited.
  • Pop-up canopies must be securely anchored or weighed down. Concrete areas require proper weighting, while grass areas must be weighted or staked. Canopies must remain within your designated lot, and any setup requires management approval at their discretion.
  • Parking lots are provided for additional authorized vehicles.
  • Tow dollies and trailers may be stored in a designated area with the approval of management.
  • Boats and watercraft may be stored in a designated area with the approval of management.
  • ATV's or dirt bikes are not to be operated on resort roads, lots, or hiking trails. They may be stored in a designated area with management approval. Exceptions: for overnight guests, at park management’s discretion, they may remain: a) properly affixed to rear of vehicle, or b) upon towable trailers on pull-thru sites only. On other sites, or if unhitched for extended stay, use storage area. Please conduct minor maintenance or wash units in designated storage area only. No major maintenance, changing oil, etc.
  • Golf carts are allowed within the resort. You must provide a certificate of insurance to resort management in order to operate within the resort. Golf carts and motorized scooters must obey the speed policy in the resort. Only licensed drivers are permitted to operate the carts in the resort.
  • All day-pass guests (max 2 per site - additional with manager’s permission) must stop in the office and provide their name(s) before visiting each day.
  • Speed limit within the resort is 5 MPH.
