A $1,500 nonrefundable reservation deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remainder balance due by January 31st, 2026. This reservation deposit is applicable to the seasonal rental rate.

Cancellations before February 1st will forfeit the $1,500 nonrefundable reservation deposit and reserved site number. Once forfeited, the Reservation Deposit is not applicable to any future reservations.
Cancellations after February 1st will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid with no refunds or credits issued.
After February 1st, the total balance becomes nonrefundable.
Reservations made after February 1st will be required to pay the full balance at the time of reservation.
Failure to pay the remaining balance or notify the resort of a cancellation will result in forfeiture of your reservation and any payments made.
No refunds for early departures for any reason.

Payment of the deposit confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and policies.
