Booking Policies

For 2025 Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Bookings:
To ensure an enjoyable stay for all owners and guests, we suggest that you become familiar with the following rules and policies. They represent our best effort at defining and applying the rules of RV living, so that it may be enjoyed by all.
Check In Time is 1 PM (No Early Check-Ins) | Check-Out Time is 11 AM (No Late Check-Outs)
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining 50% balance due upon check-in. Additionally:
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled reservation will be charged the cost of one night, with the remainder refunded.
- If only one night is booked, no refund will be issued.
- Cancelling a reservation within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% loss of the deposit or cost of one night, whichever is greater.
- No refunds for early departures for any reason.
Upon check-in, all guests will receive the policy sheet with the rules and regulations. Some rules may be in addition to those listed above. Management reserves the right to implement new rules and regulations when its deemed to be in the best interest of all guests. Guests not adhering to policies/rules/regulations will potentially be asked to vacate the resort.
