Resort Policies


  • All renters, including those on owner's sites, must check-in at the office (no contactless check-ins).
  • No parking on the grass, street, or vacant sites (additional parking is located by the clubhouse).
  • Late check-ins after 5pm must be arranged with the office.
  • Two adults and two children are allowed per site. Additional adults and children will be charged $25 per person.
  • RV's must be situated on the lot, so as not to impede the irrigation system and landscape maintenance.
  • Signs, banners, or yard decorations are prohibited. Only traditional American flags are allowed.
  • No privacy screening or fencing shall be permitted on any lot.
  • Please respect the animals, trees, and landscaping in the resort. Please do not feed the animals or waterfowl.
  • Clotheslines and other attachments are not allowed.
  • Do not place grills, hazardous, or damaging items on the plastic picnic tables. Any damage to the picnic table(s) will be at the expense of the occupant.
  • Wood fires are prohibited on individual sites. There is a large community fire pit with wood provided for our guests’ enjoyment.
  • Self-contained, portable, smokeless fire pits (such as Solo Stoves) and propane fire pits are permitted on your site only when placed on paved concrete or asphalt surfaces. All fires must be fully contained, and smoke must be kept to a minimum. Cold ashes must be bagged and disposed of in designated refuse containers. Use of fire pits is subject to community restrictions and management discretion. Improper use or failure to follow these guidelines will result in a fine.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Quiet hours are strictly enforced and repeat violators may be asked to leave. Disorderly conduct, offensive activities, or nuisances will not be tolerated.
  • Bright exterior RV lighting is not permitted throughout the night. Please be mindful of others around you when choosing an exterior light source.
  • Sites are to be kept clean and neat at all times.
  • No open storage permitted under RV's.
  • The use of sidewalk chalk is not permitted.
  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult on resort property after 8pm. (Please do not allow young children to freely roam the resort, as many vacant lots are privately owned).
  • NO FIREWORKS or FIREARMS may be discharged on the grounds of Vista Green RV Resort.


Trash Pickup Policies

To ensure a clean and safe community, please follow the guidelines below for trash pickup:


  • All trash must be placed at the curb of your lot in securely tied trash bags. Loose trash will not be collected.
  • Trash should be set out between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM only. Trash placed outside of this timeframe will not be picked up.
  • Trash may not be set out the night before.
  • A $50 cleanup fee will be charged if trash is left outside the designated time window and results in animal disturbance or litter.
