Cancellation Policy

For 2026 Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Bookings:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with any remaining balance due upon check-in.

* Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled reservation will be charged the cost of one night, with the remainder refunded. If only one night is booked, no refund will be issued, nor will the balance of the one-night fee charged.
* Cancelling a reservation within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% loss of the deposit or cost of one night, whichever is greater.
* No refunds for early departures for any reason.

Upon check-in, all guests will receive the policy sheet with the rules and regulations. Some rules may be in addition to those listed above. Management reserves the right to implement new rules and regulations when it is deemed to be in the best interest of all guests. Guests not adhering to policies/rules/regulations will politely be asked to vacate the resort.

We offer convenient payment options that include: Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. We DO NOT accept American Express or Debit Cards. Please note that any insufficient fund payments or returned transactions will result in applicable fees and must be paid promptly to secure reservation.
